How does self storage work?
You can store your goods, items, or possessions etc. in our units or open storage from a just one week or for as long as you need (no maximum term)
What size units/rooms/storage are there? We have units ranging from 10sq ft upwards to commercial sized units & also open warehouse storage, we also hire dedicated workspaces and offices, as long as its a permitted item we can store it!
What do I need to do to rent a unit?
Just call us on 01454 228 077, or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All you need is just one months deposit, two forms of id on booking in onsite (preferably photo id i.e passport, driving license) and 2 recent utility bills.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and direct debit payable in advance monthly
How often can I access my unit?
You have complete access to units anytime during office hours, 8am-5pm Mon-Fri 24hr access is available upon request by arrangement (ask a member) of staff for more details, some units have 24hr access (Iron Acton Site) & our work spaces and offices all have 24 hour access.
Can I transfer Rooms/Units if my needs change?
You can easily change to another size room or unit without hassle or penalty (*subject to availability), so you only pay for the storage space you need
How Quickly Can I access my unit?
You can access your unit as soon as you are booked in during office hours, you can immediately access your unit/storage outside of office hours (8-5 Mon-Fri) by prior arrangement (ask a member of staff for details)
Do I need Insurance?
Customers are responsible for making their own arrangements to insure goods/items to the correct value, at any time the value of any goods/items stored should not exceed the stated value your personal storage insurance policy. Simply Pro Storage cannot accept responsibility for incorrect insurance cover.
I have no transport can you arrange a removal or move?
We can arrange removal and the delivery of your goods to your unit, and even pack your unit safely if required, Simply Safe Store offer full removal/relocation services and can also provide a range of packing materials and boxes for storage and archives
Will my goods be safe in storage?
We have live recorded 24hr cctv surveillance 365 days a year, fire & smoke detectors & state of the art intruder security systems, with our unit storage and rooms you are the sole keyholder, open storage is only available via access by member of staff only.
Do your prices include VAT?
Since Oct 2012 Vat is applicable to self storage, all our prices include VAT at 20%. Business customers (VAT registered) can reclaim the VAT on storage charges.
How much notice do I have to give before leave?
One weeks notice is all we require, no hassle no fuss, we would prefer 14 days notice as we can then arrange a refund to the nearest 7 day period of unused storage.
